it’s hard to believe this hotel presents itself as decent. The air conditioning was totally confusing, and having to document every request with staff through an app is ridicilous! I expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but I guess that’s just too much to ask for. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The hotel was close to both Insa-dong and Ttukseom Hangang Park, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the daily housekeeping. The staff were super friendly and offered helpful tips during our stay.
The air conditioning system was a bit tricky to figure out, and it got warm at night. We struggled with that a few times.

The stylish room featured clever furniture design, maximizing space while remaining functional, which made for a comfortable experience. The check-in process was seamless, allowing direct access to the room without delay. Notably, there was a convenience store right next door, providing easy access to snacks and essentials. However, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, resulting in a few uncomfortable nights. Additionally, communication with staff could only be done via app, limiting personal interactions.
