it’s hard to believe this hotel presents itself as decent. The air conditioning was totally confusing, and having to document every request with staff through an app is ridicilous! I expected a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but I guess that’s just too much to ask for. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
